Objectives of the project

The overall objective EUCA INVEST is to strengthen the culture of entrepreneurship and creativity within the HE in Georgia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as strengthening the role of higher education institutions as an active interested party has made for socio-economic development of society by strengthening the cooperation of the corporate University and the academic level of the industry, as well as between the EU and beneficiary countries. The project will achieve this by creating a creative and supportive environment at the institutional level by creating CreaLABs and their networks in GE and KG. These networks will serve as a platform to promote and foster entrepreneurial ideas of students and at the Sametime support the bridge did left the company and universities in favor of innovation and socio-economic development in the beneficiary countries.

More specifically, the project aims to

1. Dissemination of European best practices in the field of production innovation and the preparation of documents necessary for enhancing entrepreneurial activities at universities due to the interaction between universities and enterprises in GE and KG.

2 creating, equipping and connection of the creative centers (CreaLABs) for each KG of GE and the University to support students and researchers the idea of even potentially end up on the market and commercial products based on entrepreneurship and open innovation.

3 training and competence of personnel working on CreaLABs to support entrepreneurship and bring together companies and universities.

4 engineering Design in an intensive training program on entrepreneurship training for teachers and students seeking to integrate new and effective methods of teaching entrepreneurship in respective courses on the basis of case studies and methods to solve problems.

5 the implementation of the pilot activities organised by the CreaLABs

6 the Establishment of a network of teachers and practitioners to promote entrepreneurship and cooperation of the corporate University in the beneficiary countries.

The purpose of these shoulders is to be achieved through synergetic partnership of universities and representatives of enterprises and industry of the countries-partners, representing public and private sector, the 12 organizations representing the interests of key stakeholders (including students), 5 EU universities and 3 non-academic representatives from industry with extensive experience in business development, innovation and creativity.

Main results will include: 8 CreaLABs and their networks in 2 countries, at least 40 trained staff; the development and organization of trainings for students and companies, the creation of a regional market of ideas, the development of University start-UPS and innovation companies, 24 programs with redesigned and angepasst programmes to encourage entrepreneurial skills and creative thinking in students. The development of structured partnerships and networks with business partners and other stakeholders of enterprises, will lead the systematic practical value in training in the partner countries. Introduction of active teaching and learning and building business experience in the relevant higher education institutions in GE and KG will contribute to the transfer of specialists, academic and so-called "soft and transferable skills". Innovative ideas will be brought into compliance with the requirements of the local and regional economy and will help create long-term dialogue and cooperation models for enterprises and universities between the EU and partner countries. Moreover, the project will contribute to the expansion of economic ties between the regions of fusion. THEREFORE, the results of the dissertation will provide a multiplier effect necessary to ensure the sustainability of the project after its life cycle. The results and best practices will be disseminated and used in active at the national, regional and European level.
